Roguelite engine demo survivor clone
Soulstone survivors clone, however it was done with data driven and modular methods to make every aspect of the game data driven. Allowing for new mechanics, content, or even a fully different game.
-Added Webgl Save, should now remember your characters.
-Fixed invisible model selection.
-Fixed level reset not allowing for new abilities.
-Clean up of ui and effects next.
Mouse and keyboard, wasd, auto fire all weapons and abilities, mouse aims.
To start
Make a character, pick a profile pick, a model(currently not vis) then up to 5 abilities
press create, then you can make more or press cancel to return to the menu.
select your character you created. (these are not currently saved between sessions)
Press fight, then fight to start the game.
Prototype demo, made with the help of 1 other person in short time. It is not polished.
Bugs -
-Java error, click ok, game still worked when I tested
-Cursor does not match mouse: bug in windowed mode, click fullscreen to fix
-Few effects and animations are either the wrong scale, or orientation, or do not animate etc.
-UI unfinished, character screen etc, functional allowing you to create a new character with 1 to 5 abilities, during a run, if you don't already have 5, it will offer you a choice of 3 random ones.
-abilities limited to weapons, could expand to status effect and other types
-Restart or playing a 2nd time will not allow you to gain new skills.
